Terms of Service

Welcome to Roast My Reels. Thank you for using the Roast My Reels platform and the products, services and features we make available to you as part of the platform (collectively, the "Services"). Please read on to learn the rules and restrictions that govern your use of the Services. If you do not understand the Agreement, or do not accept any part of it, then you may not use the Services.

The entity providing the Services is MMCC Productions s.r.o., a company operating under the laws of the Czech Republic, with registered address at Přádova 2092/12, Libeň (Praha 8), 182 00 Praha, VAT: CZ10927298 (referred to as "Roast My Reels", "we", "us", or "our").

Your use of the Services is subject to these terms which may be updated from time to time (together, this "Agreement"). The Agreement includes the provisions in this document as well as those in the Privacy Policy. Your use of or participation in certain Services may also be subject to additional policies, rules and/or conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Age Requirements. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract (or if not, you've received your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services).

Permission by Parent or Guardian. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, by allowing your child to use the Services, you are subject to the terms of this Agreement and responsible for your child's activity.

Businesses. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that such entity accepts this Agreement.

You will only use the Services for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. You will not share your account with anyone and must protect the security of your account, password, and any other access credentials. You are responsible for any activity associated with your account.

You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not use the Services to:

• Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else.
• Violate any law or regulation, including any applicable privacy laws.
• Upload content that is dangerous, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Jeopardize the security of your account or anyone else's.
• Attempt to obtain passwords, account details, or other security information from any other user.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Services through automated means.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services.
• Use output from the Services to develop competing products or services.
• Collect or harvest any information that might identify a person without their consent.
• Distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content.

A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the Services. We reserve the right to terminate your right to use or access the Services at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, and without notice.

You are solely responsible for all video content and other materials you upload to the Services ("User Submissions"). You represent that all User Submissions submitted by you are accurate, complete, and in compliance with this Agreement, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

By uploading content to the Services, you grant Roast My Reels a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the AI analysis service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. Videos uploaded by free-tier users are processed and deleted immediately after analysis. Videos uploaded by paid-tier users may be stored for history purposes as described in our service features.

You warrant that you will not upload content that: (i) infringes any third party's copyrights or other rights; (ii) contains sexually explicit content or pornography; (iii) contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content; (iv) exploits minors; (v) depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence; or (vi) violates any applicable law.

The Services use artificial intelligence to analyze your video content and provide feedback scores and commentary. The analysis results are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Roast My Reels makes no guarantee that the AI analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should use your own judgment when acting on any feedback provided by the Services.

The AI-generated roast reports, scores, and verdicts represent automated analysis and do not constitute professional advice. Results may vary and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business or creative decisions.

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription ("Paid Services"). By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page. All fees are charged in USD and processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

Recurring Billing. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, you retain access to Paid Services until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes. We may modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes, and your continued use of the Services after the change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the revised fee.

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other materials provided by Roast My Reels (excluding your User Submissions), are owned by or licensed to MMCC Productions s.r.o. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services, or reverse-engineer any of our software.

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Termination by You. You may stop using the Services at any time and close your account through your account settings.

Termination by Us. Roast My Reels may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including your breach of this Agreement. Account termination may result in deletion of your stored content and history.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROAST MY REELS AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROAST MY REELS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

For users in the European Union: Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the Services. If you continue to use the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
