MMCC Productions s.r.o. ("Roast My Reels", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Roast My Reels platform at roastmyreels.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the Services.

Account Information. When you register for an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you sign up via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Video Content. When you upload a video for analysis, we temporarily process that video to generate an AI-powered roast report. For free-tier users, video files are deleted immediately after analysis is complete. For paid-tier users (Creator and Pro), videos may be retained in secure cloud storage to support your analysis history feature.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, upload timestamps, and analysis history (for paid tiers).

Payment Information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account.

Technical Data. We may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and other technical identifiers for security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention purposes.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including generating AI analysis reports from your uploaded videos.
• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• To communicate with you about your account, including service updates, security notices, and support.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the Services (using anonymized or aggregated data).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

When you upload a video, it is processed by our backend systems and sent to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic's Claude API) to generate analysis results. Video content is transmitted securely and is used solely to produce your roast report. We do not use your video content to train AI models.

Audio is extracted and may be transcribed to evaluate pacing and hook timing. Video frames are sampled to evaluate visual quality. All raw media files for free-tier users are permanently deleted from our servers after analysis. Paid-tier users' videos are stored in Supabase secure cloud storage and accessible only by you.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve your experience. Essential cookies are required for the Services to function (e.g., keeping you logged in). By using the Services, you consent to our use of essential cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for advertising purposes.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies.

Free tier users: Uploaded video files are deleted immediately after analysis. Analysis results (scores and reports) are not stored — they are shown to you once and discarded.

Paid tier users (Creator/Pro): Video files and roast reports are retained in your history for the duration of your subscription. Creator plan history is limited to 30 days. Pro plan history is unlimited. You may delete your history at any time from your dashboard.

Account data: If you delete your account, your personal information and associated content will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).
• Right to Restriction: You may request that we restrict processing of your data.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You may object to certain types of processing.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately at krivanec@mmccproductions.com and we will delete that information promptly.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption in transit, secure cloud storage with access controls, and rate limiting on all API endpoints.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the Czech Republic (EU). Some of our third-party service providers (Anthropic, Vercel, Render, Supabase, Stripe) are based in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via email for material changes. Your continued use of the Services after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
